Before we can recommend any hearing instrument for you, we like to gain a better understanding of your situation and life style. We’ll discuss with you your different daily listening environments, your communication concerns and challenges, your hobbies, interests and regular activities and your overall health and hearing history.
After the initial discussion and your hearing evaluation, we review the results with you. The testing we do will tell us:
If there is hearing loss
What may be the cause of your loss
Whether you should follow up with your physician
The next step in addressing your hearing health needs will be a discussion of amplification. Once you are fitted with a hearing instrument you will begin your NO OBLIGATION 2-week “Test Drive”. There is no fee whatsoever during this trial. After (or even during) this initial trial period we’ll have you return to our office so we may assess your experiences and make any further adjustments. Follow up appointments with one of our audiologists will help us determine if your hearing instrument is right for you. Once your trial period is complete, if you feel your needs are not being met, you may return the instrument and decide whether you would like to try something different. The purpose of the “Risk Free Test Drive” is to allow you to use your hearing instruments in your own environment.
